Open to students who are a high school senior currently planning to attend college in the fall semester: must be residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; must be at least 16 years old at date of entry.

Open to students who are a graduating high school senior of the Latino College Prep Academy (LCPA), Luis Valdez Leadership Academy (LVLA) and B.
